Luxurious boutique hotel located in one of the growing tourism destinations of Egypt, is searching for an Exec.Chef for their opening in 2009. Hotel is managed by a British Company and will have 8 outlets overall. 3 main restaurants, coffee shop, room service and bars.
General style of food will be: International, kosher and French cuisine with an oriental touch.

Package :
Either an opening consultancy position where the candidate will be responsible for the opening and leave after setting up the department or 1 year contract as the Executive Chef of the hotel.
3000EUR net salary. Medical insurance. Single live-in accommodation with a 2 service room apartment.Full F&B entitlement. Laundry (work and personal). Flights home once a year.
