This is a Sodexo Campus Services account with $2 million in annual sales. Job responsibilities will include managing the culinary aspect of the resident dining program, catering, presidential catering, and retail operations.
To qualify, you should have thorough knowledge of HAACP, food and equipment safety, and all aspects of concession/catering food service. Excellent client and customer service skills, a Culinary Degree.
