A new restaurant opening in the Greenwich, CT area is seeking an Strong Sous Chef. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on chef who can work well under pressure. They must have a good background in French cuisine and Fine Dining as well as having a creative flair and not be afraid to experiment.
The incumbent for this 60 seat restaurant is either currently Chef of a restaurant or the Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step. They must come from a restaurant background and be able to produce modern, creative, trendy food.

Salary: $45 000 - $50 000 USD
