Italian Recipe Eggplant Lasagna (Melanzane)

Honey Mustard Chicken

The sweet and spicy marinade makes this chicken a sure hit. Serves 4.

Honey Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

For 4 people ()

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon curry powder
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cups honey
  • 2 tablespoon apricot jam

Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 F (175 C). Season chicken with spices and place in a roasting pan.
    2. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Spread mixture over chicken, and marinate for at least an hour.
    3. Bake in oven for 30 minutes, basting frequently.

its so easy too im only 11 that was me down there :P!!!!!

if u add a dash more of Dijon mustard it adds a little more zing to the chicken and u dont have baste it but around the last ten min. take the top cover off and 5 mins. on both sides it gives it nice golden crisp sides(ohh yeah and pan with a lid keeps the flavors more
