This week Nyesha Arrington had to give up the coat to Beverly Kim. The twist this week, swap the ingredients. The two chefs had to face a real "challenge" and use what the other top chef picked out and in the end Beverly took the coat away from Nyesha with her touch on the spices. So now we will se if she will look as confident as Nyesha has been over the last 4 weeks. Maybe she can make it all the way through and get back in the Top Chef Texas Competition. Beverly is way behind in our top chef poll here on topchef.com but you be sure to visit our poll and cast your vote for your favorite TopChef.
