To make meat mixture: First, boil and shred chicken. Set aside. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium to high heat. Add chicken, onion and green chile peppers and saute until browned. Then, add taco seasoning and prepare meat mixture according to seasoning package directions. To make cheese mixture: In a medium bowl mix sour cream with cottage cheese, then season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended. Next, Preheat oven to 350 degrees. To assemble enchiladas: Heat tortillas until soft. In each tortilla place a spoonful of meat mixture, a spoonful of cheese mixture and a bit of shredded cheese. Roll tortillas and place in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Top with any remaining meat and cheese mixture, enchilada sauce and remaining shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly |

2. When you delete IP content, it is deleted in a manner similar to emptying the recycle bin on a computer. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time (but will not be available to others).
3. When you add an application, your content and information is shared with the application. We require applications to respect your privacy settings, but your agreement with that application will control how the application can use the content and information you share.
4. When you publish content or information using the "everyone" setting, it means that everyone, including people off of TopChef.com, will have access to that information and we may not have control over what they do with it.
